Initialization Failed Cannot Launch Mod

I've run as administrator, redownloaded the mod, and restarted my system but every time I try to launch the mod it just loads up regular Warband with the "Initialization Failed, relaunch through bannerlord online launcher".
 
Well my entire Bannerlord says its uninstalled, even though its in steam apps.. currently 19gb out of 37gb download. FML.

Update ive also verified integrity of files and restarting steam and nothing is working plz help
