CN sever is down, is there will be another Asia sever ?

I only could have known that the CN sever is now closed due to management issues, or maybe there are other reasons.
But as an online player, the only more care about is there will be another Asia sever back again ?

I am having issues with logging in to the game
1. I have tried reinstalling the launcher
2. change the game version to 1.7.0/ Beta / 1.6.5 they are not working please help
