I have yet to see a bow for sale that requires less than level 15 to use. How/Where do we get a shit bow to begin leveling the skill?

it's planned that arena fights will give xp in the future, so levelling there could also be an option

you can buy bows from traders in towns, many players sell them ... not all bows require skillpoints for use them ... search and you will find

Mountain bows, hunting bows, steppe bows don't require skill and should all be for sale at the Zeo trader
