There are constant cheaters in the NA Zeonica arena. I t is super obvious.

Why even "play", if you're not gonna play.... this is basically just turning yourself into a teleporting NPC.....

Ran into something similar, a player seemed to be swinging impossibly fast, completely desynced from their animations making it impossible to time blocks even with a shield. I'm not sure if lag just happens to favor one side more than the other as I just started playing, but was having no issue syncing arrow attacks with another player.
